Greg Rogers joins Panther Security and Investigations as a 25-year law enforcement professional with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). Greg also served as an Assistant United States Attorney (AUSA) in the Western District of Texas from 1998 to 1994 and prosecuted narcotics, firearms, money laundering, and asset forfeiture cases. During his time as an AUSA he prepared appeals to the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals and taught basic criminal law and procedure to other AUSAs, federal, and state law enforcement professionals.
Greg’s Bureau career spanned multiple FBI field offices and specialties, such as the Chief Division Counsel, legal advisor for the office, Indian Country affairs, undercover operations, SWAT operator, asset forfeiture, and instructor to Federal, State, and Local agencies. Greg represented the FBI in the Timothy McVeigh federal death penalty case in the wrongful death case Trentadue v. the United States and represented the FBI’s interests in the trial and sentencing phases of the Joseph Duncan federal death penalty case.

Greg has a Bachelor of Political Science and a Juris Doctor from the University of Utah.
